User Feedback
Honeybadger's User Feedback feature lets you ask your users, "what went wrong?" when an exception occurs. The user's response is collected and displayed in the Honeybadger UI alongside all other debugging data.
Asking your users for feedback immediately after an error has several benefits:
- Users are more likely to give feedback
- The context of the problem is fresh in the user's memory
- You can transform an unpleasant experience for the user (getting an error) into a positive one (receiving support)
